The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) will legally come into effect on the 25th May 2018.  As a business which holds data relating to you/your company, we are legally obliged to inform you of what data we hold for you.

We hold Company Information within our system, this information includes:

• Company Name & contacts
• Company Address
• Landline/mobile telephone numbers
• Email addresses
• VAT Number
• Bank Account Details

Information about your company is backed up and stored on a backup hard-drive for loss prevention purposes also, which is stored within the office.  We use the data relating to your business to trade with your company and for general correspondence along with advertising work we have available.

Tidek Global Logistics Limited will never pass on or sell any information to third party companies.
